Using the Private Label Articles

  1. You can put your name or pen name on the article as the author.

  2. You can edit the article title and contents e.g. putting in your affiliate links, adding and removing text, inserting pictures and advertisements, etc.

  3. You can compile the articles into an Info Product (E-Book or Special Report) in PDF format, to sell or give away for free.

  4. You can use the article contents for article submission purposes or add content to your website, blog or e-zine, and include your resource box.

Selling the Private Label Articles

  1. You CANNOT under any circumstances at all, sell or give away, the Private Label Articles in this pack, whether in full or partial. As this PLRGold Article Pack comes with Non-Transferable Private Label Rights, you are NOT allowed to give or resell the raw format to the articles. This includes, but is not limited to, Word document and Text files.

Offline Publishing

  1. You may use any part of the content contained in this PLRGold Article Pack for any works you intend to publish in offline format. This includes, but is not limited to, books, MP3, audio, etc.

Other Important Terms & Conditions

  1. You CANNOT add, use or impersonate my name (Emund Loh), business name (PrivateLabelRightsGold.com) or any other of my business or personal information to the product, sales copy and/or promotion campaigns. This product is for your own use, not mine.

  2. You CANNOT claim copyright to the product unless substantial changes are made to the product. Substantial changes constitute more than 50% of the product changes.

  3. All web site links (URLs) MUST point to business related web sites. In other words, NO porno, gambling or other unrelated business web sites.

  4. Under any circumstances at all, you CANNOT you copy, duplicate, reproduce, and/or steal any part of the sales letter at http://www.privatelabelrightsgold.com/.

  5. Edmund Loh & PrivateLabelRightsGold.com are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from your application or non-application of the product and its Private Label Rights.

  6. Edmund Loh & PrivateLabelRightsGold.com has the right to refuse or discontinue service to you for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.

  7. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the terms of this agreement or breach of this agreement will be governed by the laws of Malaysia and you agree to personal jurisdiction by a Malaysian court for this purpose.
