Edmund Loh and PrivateLabelRightsGold.com are the ultimate Private Label Rights licensor and copyright holder. Thus, the Private Label Rights can be obtained only solely from these sellers.

Selling the Product in PDF Format

  1. You can put your name or pen name on the product as the author.

  2. You can edit the contents of the product e.g. putting in your affiliate links, adding and removing text, inserting pictures and advertisements, etc.

  3. You can change the title and sub-title of the product.

  4. You can sell the product (E-Book) in PDF format. The suggested selling price is $27.00 - $37.00.

  5. You can break the contents of the product into articles for article submission purposes or add content to your website, blog or e-zine, and include your resource box.

  6. You can spawn a series of short reports (free or paid) by breaking down the contents of the product.

  7. You can add the product into a membership site (paid only).

  8. You can add the product into your product bundle or package and sell for a higher price.

  9. You can offer the Re-branding Rights, Basic Resell Rights and/or Master Resell Rights to the PDF E-Book. The suggested selling price is $47.00 - $67.00.

  10. You can produce audio/video content from the materials in this product.

  11. You CANNOT give the product away for FREE, under any circumstances at all.

  12. You CANNOT offer the product as a bonus to another product you are selling. However, you can offer other bonuses to this product when selling.

  13. You CANNOT sell the product on auction sites such as eBay.com.

  14. You CANNOT use nor sell this product in a dime sale event, under any circumstances at all. An event that constitutes a dime sale is one whereby the product starts selling at a very low price and increases every dime after a certain time frame or with every purchase using the dime sale script.

Selling the Private Label Rights (Word Format)

  1. You CANNOT, under any circumstances at all, resell, give away or trade the Private Label Rights to the product, whether in full or partial.

Offline Publishing

  1. You CANNOT use the Private Label materials of this product to publish your work offline. This includes, but not limited to, hard copy books, tapes, CDs, DVDs, and MP3s.

Sales Letter & Graphics Pack

  1. You can edit the sales letter i.e. put your name in the sales letter, insert your order link, enter your own bonuses, make changes to the sales page content, etc. However, you CANNOT edit the terms & conditions in "Private Label Rights" Sales Letter (titled index-plr.htm).

  2. You can edit the graphics pack to this product i.e. put your name on the E-Cover, alter the design, using your own titles, branding your trade name into the titles and sub-titles, etc.

  3. You can edit the Thank You page i.e. put in your bonuses, back-ends, enter your name, include the download link, etc.

Other Important Terms & Conditions

  1. You are responsible for customer service. Edmund Loh & PrivateLabelRightsGold.com will not be responsible for the lack or failure of their reseller's customer service, as the business dealings are between the reseller and his or her direct customer.

  2. You CANNOT use misleading marketing tactics, SPAM or any other illegal/unethical methods to market this product.

  3. You CANNOT add, use or impersonate my name (Edmund Loh), business name (PrivateLabelRightsGold.com) or any other of my business or personal information to the product, sales copy and/or promotion campaigns. This product is for your own use, not mine.

  4. You CANNOT claim copyright to the product unless substantial changes are made to the product. Substantial changes constitute more than 50% of the product changes.

  5. All web site links (URLs) MUST point to business related web sites. In other words, NO porno, gambling or other unrelated business web sites.

  6. Under any circumstances at all, you CANNOT you copy, duplicate, reproduce, and/or steal any part of the sales letter at http://www.privatelabelrightsgold.com/.

  7. Edmund Loh & PrivateLabelRightsGold.com are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from your application or non-application of the product and its Private Label Rights.

  8. Edmund Loh & PrivateLabelRightsGold.com has the right to refuse or discontinue service to you for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.

  9. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the terms of this agreement or breach of this agreement will be governed by the laws of Malaysia and you agree to personal jurisdiction by a Malaysian court for this purpose.

Refund: This package does NOT come with a refund policy attached due to the nature of this business opportunity.

Guarantee: No guarantee of income is made. Results vary from individual to individual as other success factors include resources, skills, knowledge, and circumstances.
